Dr. Dickinson is a member of Engineers Australia and has a PhD in Systems Design Engineering from Canada's University of Waterloo. He has provided consulting services to world-leading corporations including Advanced Visual Systems Inc in Waltham Massachusetts, DMR Group in Montreal Canada (now owned by Fujitsu), Hewlett Packard Co's graphics labs in Corvallis Oregon and Fort Collins Colorado, Fakespace Labs in Mountain View California, and Fakespace Systems Inc in Kitchener, Ontario.
