Gavin Milton-White

Gavin brings more than 25 years of experience across telecommunications, network infrastructure and data centre services. He is a commercially focused and customer-oriented executive with a strong track record of building and growing businesses across the APAC region.
His experience includes senior leadership roles at Fujitsu, CBRE, CommScope and TE Connectivity, spanning transformation, sales and enterprise network solutions. This breadth of experience provides Gavin with deep expertise in scaling technology and infrastructure businesses and leading high-performing teams.

RAJ SHARAN
Chief Financial Officer*
Raj is a highly commercial finance executive with more than 20 years of experience across finance, strategy and business growth. He brings strong sector knowledge across data centres, telecommunications and technology, with a focus on supporting growth and commercial performance.
Raj has held CFO and CCO roles at iseek, senior finance roles at TPG Telecom and PIPE Networks, and most recently he was Head of Commercial for Queensland and South Australia at DigiCo. His background combines financial leadership with hands-on commercial and strategic experience in
infrastructure-led businesses.

IAN PORTER
Chief Development Officer
Ian brings extensive experience in the development and management of data centres, together with deep knowledge of the telecommunications sector. He has worked closely with both hyperscalers and colocation customers and has significant experience developing teams, customer relationships and large-scale infrastructure businesses.
His senior leadership experience includes roles as COO of iseek, CEO of Vonex, Director of Keppel DC Services Australia and a range of leadership positions at Optus. These roles have given Ian broad experience across data centre development, operations, commercial strategy and business leadership.

STEFAN LUKE
General Counsel
Stefan is an experienced legal executive with substantial expertise across the data centre and infrastructure sectors. He specialises in complex transactions, commercial negotiations, contracts, regulatory matters and compliance, with a strong understanding of the legal requirements associated with operating and growing data centre businesses.
Past experience includes roles as General Counsel at iseek and as a partner at both DLA Piper and King & Wood Mallesons. Across these roles, Stefan has advised on major corporate and commercial matters and brings a combination of in-house industry knowledge and top-tier private practice experience.

Glenn Walker is a senior technology and services executive with more than two decades of experience leading commercial organisations, scaling high‑performance teams, and delivering mission‑critical technology outcomes across government and industry. His career spans complex, regulated and operationally demanding environments where reliability, customer trust and service excellence are key to success.
Glenn’s leadership includes senior roles across both government and industry, from CIO of Queensland Emergency Services to Managing Director at Gravelroad Consulting, and now Managing Director of Tractix. He brings a unique blend of public‑sector technology expertise and commercial executive experience, leading and scaling services organisations, building strong customer relationships, and driving sustained operational and commercial performance.
